Research Interests

Wilkinson’s research focuses on the relationships between sleep hygiene, sleep quality, and cognitive function. Specifically, he is interested in how poor sleep hygiene such as inconsistent sleep schedules and perseverative cognition affect both perceptions and physiological measures of sleep, and subsequent daytime function.
