Aerobic Conditioning

 

AerobicJoin us for an introduction to interval training with a variety of cardio and strength exercises. This class will include kickboxing, dancing, plyometric and more. Students will also learn to work each muscle group with proper form. Content for each class will vary. Interval training has proven to be one of the most effective ways gain strength and improve cardiovascular function.

Photography

 

PhotographyIn this introduction to photography with a DSLR camera we will look at digital camera functions like shutter speed, mega-pixel counts, focal length of lenses, and photographic imaging skills. In this hands-on class you will be taking your own photos and learning about aperture, shutter speed, and white balance, as well as how to use the controls and settings on your camera to capture properly focused and exposed photos. As you take your photos we will also look at using a light meter, bouncing light, and natural lighting techniques. Please bring your DSLR camera along with your camera manual.

Paranormal Phenomena
 
ParanormalThis course includes a guided discussion focused on popular facets of the paranormal field and local interests of a similar nature.  It is intended to stimulate one’s own familiarity with current ideas in the research of fringe subjects. Students will be introduced to new concepts that they may not 
normally consider.
