Senator Rob Portman will address the exciting progress made on the Energy Savings and Industrial Competitiveness Act he has co-sponsored with Sen. Jeanne Shaheen(NH). This bipartisan bill will help drive growth in the energy efficiency sector nationwide. Sen.
