Voinovich School environmental specialist discusses efforts to support clean water

July 10, 2017

Listen in as Rural Action's Michelle Shively, OU's Guy Reifler, and Raccoon Creek's Sarah Cornwell, also an environmental specialist at Ohio University's Voinovich School of Leadership and Public Affairs, discuss a new watershed project that aims to convert the damage of acid mine drainage into something profitable (and artistic!).

Do you want to get involved in watershed work happening in our region? Come to Creek Jam, July 15th at Eclipse Company Store, raising funds to benefit watershed restoration work and environmental education outreach across eight counties in southeast Ohio. Funds will support projects in the Sunday, Monday, and Raccoon Creek Watersheds. Eclipse Company Store will donate $1 per pint ALL DAY. Love Fat Head’s? They’ll throw in another $1 for their brews.
